Prohibited content and conduct

• Any content involving minors or anyone presented as a minor.
• Non-consensual intimate content, sexual violence or exploitation.
• Fraud, extortion, money requests, credential theft or malware.
• Illegal goods, services or instructions.
• Recording or distributing another person’s private content without permission.
• Automated access, service interference or attempts to bypass security.

Guest access and accounts

Some starting features can be used without completing a sign-in form. You remain responsible for activity associated with your guest session or account and for protecting access to your device and credentials.

Free and paid services

Your first visit includes free matches and messages, and check-ins may provide more. Additional services may require payment. The current price is shown before confirmation. Purchases, billing corrections and refunds are handled under the terms displayed at checkout and applicable law.

Moderation and enforcement

Flirtify may limit, suspend or end access, remove content, preserve relevant evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests when necessary to enforce these terms, protect people or secure the service.

Availability

The service may change, pause or experience interruptions. A particular person, match, feature or outcome is not guaranteed.
