Before a conversation

• Use a neutral background that does not reveal your home, workplace or location.
• Keep full names, addresses, financial details and one-time codes private.
• Remember that another person may record a screen even when a service discourages it.

During a conversation

• Leave immediately if someone pressures, threatens or manipulates you.
• Never send money, gift cards, crypto or account access to prove interest.
• Do not move to another app just because someone creates urgency.
• Use mute, block and report controls as soon as they are useful.

Consent is active

Past interest is not permanent permission. Anyone can change their mind, end a call or stop replying. Respect a “no,” a pause and silence without trying to negotiate around it.

Report a problem

1. End the live interaction.
2. Use the report or block option attached to the profile or conversation.
3. Choose the closest reason and add a concise description.
4. Contact support for urgent billing or access issues without including private chat content.
